NEW CUSTOMER GUIDE

From purchase to private dashboard.

Follow this sequence once. The most important rule is simple: use the same email for checkout and sign-in.

Do not purchase twice. If you paid but see “Purchase required,” the problem is usually an email mismatch. Follow the recovery instructions on this page or submit a private support report.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Have three things ready.

Your preferred emailThis becomes the identity attached to your purchase and private plan.
Access to that inboxEmail sign-in requires a secure verification link.
A private deviceAvoid entering household finances on a shared or public computer.

STEP BY STEP

Complete these steps in order.

01

Purchase access

Open the Founding 100 page, choose Get Access, and complete the one-time Stripe checkout. Use an email address you control and can sign in with afterward.

02

Open the private dashboard

After payment, choose Open your private dashboard on the confirmation page. You can also return directly to paydaycontrolplan.com/dashboard.

03

Create your account the first time

Choose Google or enter your email. If you use email, follow the secure link sent to your inbox. If Clerk says the account does not exist, choose Sign up—first-time customers must create the account before they can sign in.

04

Use the exact checkout email

Your access is matched to the email recorded during Stripe checkout. Google sign-in must use a Google account with that same email address. Different addresses are treated as different customers.

05

Confirm the dashboard opens

A successful sign-in takes you into the private household workspace. If you see Purchase required, do not pay again; use the troubleshooting steps below.

06

Make your first secure save

Enter a few test values, choose Save secure plan, sign out, and sign back in once. Confirm the saved values return before building the full household plan.

CHOOSE A SIGN-IN METHOD

Google and email both work.

GOOGLE

Fastest for Google customers

  1. Choose Continue with Google.
  2. Select the Google account matching checkout.
  3. Approve the basic profile and email sign-in permissions.
SECURE EMAIL LINK

No password required

  1. Enter the checkout email.
  2. Open the verification email from Clerk.
  3. Follow the secure link in the same browser.

First time? Choose sign up if prompted. Returning customers should choose sign in. Creating an account does not charge you again.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If access does not work.

“Purchase required”

Sign out and confirm the sign-in email exactly matches the Stripe receipt. Check aliases, spelling, and which Google account is active. Do not purchase again.

No verification email

Check spam and promotions, confirm the address was typed correctly, wait a few minutes, then request a fresh secure link.

Google opens the wrong account

Sign out of the dashboard, choose Google again, and explicitly select the Google account that matches checkout.

Still blocked

Choose Report a problem on the sign-in or purchase-required screen. Select Purchase access and include what happened—never include financial balances or card information.

FIRST SUCCESSFUL SESSION

Verify saving before entering everything.

  1. Choose the current planning month.
  2. Enter one test paycheck and one test bill.
  3. Choose Save secure plan.
  4. Sign out and sign back in.
  5. Confirm the test entries return, then replace them with the real plan.
