1. Who we are

Payday Control is operated by Moldovan Property Holdings LLC in Texas, United States. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit paydaycontrolplan.com, purchase access, sign in, save a plan, or contact support.

2. Information we handle

• Account information: your email address and basic account profile supplied by Clerk or Google sign-in.
• Early-access information: an email address you voluntarily submit to join the early-access list.
• Purchase information: payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, and entitlement status supplied by Stripe. Payday Control does not receive or store your full card number.
• Plan information: the bills, income, debt, cash-buffer, lifestyle, and planning values you choose to enter.
• Support information: your email, report category, message, and limited technical context such as page, browser, and viewport. Support reports never automatically attach your saved financial plan.
• Technical information: security and reliability data needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

3. How information is used

We use information only to provide the service, verify purchases, secure accounts, save and restore plans, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and meet payment or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use financial-plan data for advertising.

4. Privacy and security

Saved plans and private support content are encrypted before storage. Access requires a current sign-in session and an active purchase entitlement. Payday Control does not require a bank connection and does not collect bank credentials or paystubs. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should use a secure device and protect downloaded exports.

5. Service providers

We use limited service providers to operate Payday Control: Clerk for authentication, Google for optional sign-in, Stripe and Link for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and database infrastructure, and Resend for support notifications. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention and customer controls

Account and plan information is retained while your account remains active or as needed to operate the service. In Account & privacy inside the dashboard, you can download your saved plan or permanently delete your Payday Control account, entitlement, encrypted plan, support reports, and any matching early-access entry. Stripe may retain transaction records for payments, refunds, disputes, taxes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Children and changes

Payday Control is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

8. Contact

Use Report a problem on the sign-in screen or inside the dashboard and select Privacy or Other. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, paystubs, passwords, or sign-in codes.
