Simple terms for a practical planning tool.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By purchasing or using Payday Control, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Payday Control is operated by Moldovan Property Holdings LLC.

2. What you receive

A completed one-time purchase grants one household a personal, non-transferable license to use the Payday Control web application while the service is offered and your entitlement remains active. It is a hosted web application, not a downloadable banking application.

3. Planning-tool disclaimer

Payday Control organizes values that you enter and produces estimates. It does not verify balances, confirm payments, connect to a financial institution, move or hold funds, guarantee savings, or provide financial, investment, tax, credit, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for checking all figures, due dates, lender terms, and decisions.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use accurate information and review results before acting.
• Protect your email account, device, sign-in links, and downloaded exports.
• Use only an account you are authorized to control.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, automate abuse, resell access, or attempt to access another household’s information.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, or changes may occur. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, respond to a payment reversal, or comply with law.

6. Payments, refunds, and disputes

The purchase price and taxes, if any, appear at checkout. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. A completed refund or payment dispute may automatically revoke dashboard access. If you believe access was removed in error, use the support reporter.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Moldovan Property Holdings LLC is not responsible for financial decisions, missed payments, fees, interest, credit effects, lost savings, or other outcomes arising from inaccurate inputs, unavailable services, or reliance on estimates. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the product changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
